Tong Chong Heong (唐锺雄)
Chairman
Graduate of Management Development Programme, Harvard Business School; Stanford - NUS Executive Programme, Diploma in Management Studies, The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Mr Tong was appointed to the Board in 2009. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O&M). Prior to that, Mr Tong was the Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer of Keppel O&M. He is also the Managing Director of Keppel FELS and Keppel Shipyard. He was the Executive Director of Keppel Corporation from 1989-1996. He served for 27 years and was appointed Commander of the Volunteer Special Constabulary (VSC) from 1995-2001 and was honoured with Singapore Public Service Medal at the 1999 National Day Award. He had served as Vice President/President of Association of Singapore Marine Industries (1993-1996), Member/Deputy Chairman of the Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering Advisory Committee, Ngee Ann Polytechnic (1986-1995). He is a member of Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (USA), member of Singapore Institute of Directors, member of American Bureau of Shipping and member of Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (Class NK) Singapore Committee and Fellow of the Society of Project Managers as well as Fellow of The Royal Institute of Naval Architects (RINA) UK.
His directorships include Keppel Offshore & Marine Limited, Keppel FELS Limited, Keppel Shipyard Limited, Keppel Integrated Engineering Ltd and Chairman of Keppel AmFELS Inc.
He is the Honorary Consul (Designate) of Trinidad and Tobago in Singapore.
Michael Chia Hock Chye (谢福才)

Bachelor in Science (First Class Honours), University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne; Masters in Business Administration, National University of Singapore; Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration, National University of Singapore.
Mr Chia was appointed to the Board in 2009. He is currently the Managing Director(Offshore) of Keppel Offshore & Marine (Keppel O&M). Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of Keppel FELS Limited with overall responsibility of the business management of the company. Mr Chia has more than 15 years of management experience in corporate development, engineering, operations and commercial. He was elected as the President of the Association of Singapore Marines Industries since 2005, a non-profit association formed in 1968 to promote the interests of the marine industry in Singapore.
Mr Chia is also a board member of the Singapore Maritime Foundation, Chairman of the Marine & Offshore Technology Advisory Committee in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Deputy Chairman, Workplace Safety and Health Shipbuilding and Shiprepairing Advisory Sub-Committee, Ministry Of Manpower, Singapore and member of the Ngee Ann Polytechnic Council, Spring Singapore’s Enterprise Development Advisory Council (EDAC), Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers Singapore, and American Bureau of Shipping and Society of Petroleum Engineers. He is a Fellow with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

BG (NS) Tay Lim Heng (郑林兴)

Bachelor (Honours) in Engineering Science and Economics, University of Oxford; Masters in Public Administration, Harvard University; attended Advanced Management Programme, Harvard Business School.
Prior to joining Keppel Group in 2010, BG (NS) Tay was the Deputy Secretary (Development) of the Ministry of National Development (MND). Before that, he was the Chief Executive of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore. He was absorbed into the Singapore Administrative Service from 1996 until May 2010 when he left public service. BG (NS) Tay has also held senior key appointments in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Gold) (Military) in 2005. In 2010, he was elected to the Council of Singapore Water Association.

Loh Ah Tuan (罗华端)
Director
Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering), Queen’s University, Canada, 1972; Diploma of Imperial College in Public Health Engineering, Imperial College of Science and Technology, and Master of Science in Civil Engineering, University of London, 1980.
Mr Loh was appointed to the board in 2007.
Prior to joining Keppel Integrated Engineering, he held various positions in the Ministry of the Environment and was appointed Director-General for Environmental Protection and Deputy CEO in the National Environment Agency.
He was awarded a Public Service Award (Gold) in 2007 and Cleaning up of Singapore River Gold Medal in 1987.
Ong Tiong Guan (王中元)

Dr Ong was appointed to the Board in 2010.
Dr Ong was appointed Keppel Energy Pte Ltd’s Executive Director from November 1999. He became Managing Director of Keppel Energy Pte Ltd with effect from 1 May 2003. He is responsible for Keppel Corporation’s power generation and gas business, which develops, owns and operates power generation projects in Asia and in the
Dr Ong’s career spans across the energy industry from engineering and contracting to investment and ownership of energy assets. He started with Jurong Engineering as a Design Engineer in 1987 and went on to hold senior management positions in Foster Wheeler Eastern, the Sembawang Group, and CMS Energy Asia. Dr Ong was Chairman of SEPEC (Singapore Electricity Pool Executive Committee) for the FY 2002/2003.

Ong Ho Sim (王和成)
Director
Professional Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic, Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Singapore, Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Hydraulics from the University of Strathclyde.
Mr Ong was appointed to the Board in 2011.
He started his career with Gammon Malaya in 1964 as a trainee engineer before joining the Public Utilities Board and rose within the ranks to become Singapore's Chief Water Engineer in 1983. In 1995, he was appointed Chief Executive and Board Member of the PUB. He was also the Deputy Secretary (Special Duties) in the Ministry of Trade and Industry in 2000 and Managing Director of Singapore Utilities International Pte Ltd (SUI) in 2001.
Mr Ong’s past portfolio also includes Co-Chairman of the Joint Singapore-Malaysia Technical Subcommitee for Johor River Water Resources, Chairman of ETI Investment Pte Ltd, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Singapore Utilities International Pte Ltd and Founding Chairman of Nanjing Sembcorp SUIWU Co.
He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management, UK, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore and a Registered Professional Engineer. He was awarded the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 1981, the Public Administration Medal (Gold) in 1993 and the Medal of Commendation by NTUC in 1998.
