Keppel Integrated Engineering’s Milestones

1992 - Rationalisation of Engineering Business was carried out under Keppel Integrated Engineering (KIE)

1998 - Keppel removed cross-shareholdings in its Group of companies and rationalised the businesses which included the merger of Keppel FELS (previously FELS) and KIE into Keppel FELS Energy & Infrastructure (KFEI)

2002 - The acquisition of Keppel Seghers Technology(formerly Seghers Better Technology) contributed to the securing of the NEWater and Waste-to-Energy(WTE) projects on Build-Own-Operate basis from the Singapore Government in 2005.

2009 - The acquisition of First DCS , Singapore's largest district cooling systems service provider.
