Project Type: 20-year Design-Build-Own-Operate (DBOO) contract.  Awarded under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative by PUB.
Plant Capacity:
148,000 m3 of recycled potable water per day
Key Features: Modular, space-saving compact design and energy saving features

Keppel Seghers Tuas Waste-to-Energy Plant
Singapore’s fifth Waste-to-Energy plant

Client: National Environment Agency (NEA)
Project Type: 25-year Design-Build-Own-Operate (DBOO) contract. First incineration plant awarded under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative by NEA.
Plant Capacity:
800 tonnes of solid waste per day to generate more than 20MW of green energy.
Key Features: In-house technology such as the air-cooled tumbling grates, boiler, rotary atomiser and flue gas treatment system.
Modular, space-saving compact design with energy saving features.
Location: Singapore

Integrated waste management facility

Client: Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture, Qatar
Project Type: 20-year Design-Build-Operate (DBO) contract
Project Value: approx S$1.7 billion
Plant Capacity:
Up to 2,300 tonnes of mixed domestic solid waste and 5,000 tonnes of construction and demolition waste per day
Key Features: Integrated solid waste management facility providing waste sorting and recycling facilities, landfilling, composting plant and a 1,500 tonnes per day waste-to-energy (WTE) plant
