Keppel treats wastewater into potable water by using advanced dual-membrane (micro-filtration and reverse osmosis) and ultraviolet technologies.

Keppel also offers advanced sludge treatment solutions, both thermal and biological, or a combination of both. Keppel Seghers' HARDPELLETISER helps turn sludge into a useful environmentally friendly product (as soil improver or as green energy) that can be easily handled, transported and stored for long periods of time.

Keppel Seghers has been developing water and wastewater solutions for over 20 years.

In Singapore, Keppel Seghers was awarded by PUB, Singapore's national water agency, to design, build, own and operate a water reuse plant for 20 years under the Public-Private-Partnership initiative.

Designed to be space-, cost- and energy-saving, the plant is Singapore's fourth NEWater Plant and has the capacity to produce 148,000m3 of NEWater a day.
