Job Description:	Market, plan and manage the development of district cooling system (DCS) projects. Liaise with authorities, developers and consultants including obtaining approvals relating to DCS projects development. Prepare DCS Technical & Commercial proposal. Supervise project development works. Prepare technical drawings and cost estimation for proposals.
Preferred Skills:	Diploma or Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services. Experience in ACMV preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered. Only Singaporean and Permanent Resident will be considered.
