Keppel Corporation Limited held a media and analysts’ conference today on the Integrated Solid Waste Management Project in Qatar, its significance to Keppel, as well as the growth platforms and strategies of Keppel Integrated Engineering (KIE).

KIE, the environmental technology and engineering division of Keppel Corporation, on 17 October 2006, signed two contracts totaling S$1.7 billion with the Qatar Government to design and build the largest integrated solid waste management facility in the Middle East and to operate and maintain the facility for 20 years.
